Late Arrivals
I do everything possible to ensure you have an amazing treatment to your full appointment time. However, if you are late and I have another appointment booked, I may only be able to treat you until the end of your scheduled time. I reserve the right to charge you for the full time of your booked appointment.
Cancellations
I am committed to providing exceptional care to all my clients. If a client cancels without enough notice, it prevents another client from receiving a treatment. I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to move or cancel your appointment, get in touch on 0417 032 171. I will be as flexible as possible. You can also follow your booking confirmation email to make changes to appointments up to a day in advance.
I ask you show the courtesy to advise me as soon as possible if you are unable to make an appointment. I reserve the right to charge a 25% administration fee for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no shows outside the safety reasons outlined below.
The health and safety of my ALL clients, their families and friends as well as myself, my family and friends is of paramount importance. If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment due to showing symptoms of COVID-19 or due to being in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, no administrative cancellation fee will ever be charged. Please continue to show the courtesy of providing as much notice as possible.
